Mystic Yoga Shala is an Official Baptiste Studio. The Mystic Yoga Shala is dedicated to bringing you safe, fun, challenging and growth-promoting yoga classes designed to empower and help you shine! The classes are based on the Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa method and are taught by certified Baptiste Teachers or teachers in the process of becoming Baptiste Certified. However, they have a strong respect for all yoga masters and styles of yoga and frequently offer classes and workshops from other traditions as well.
